Advance Idea Automation Services and Technologies (AIASTECH) is outcome of the dream of a young guy, who started his career in field of Industrial Automation and control in 1999. From the day one of his career, he dreamed of heading an organization to serve the industry with advance technologies and thus he took his first step in Sep 2003 and started working as freelancer under the name LASS Engineers; however due to financial constraints, he couldn’t sustain as a freelancer and started working as an employee till Dec 2020.

Even working as an employee, he didn’t let go his dream and strived hard to build a strong foundation both technically and financially. With the hard work and dedication, he climbed the steps of the career ladder in Middle East region from Automation Engineer to Project Manager to Operation Manager to Production & Distribution Manager.

With his career progression, he mastered Process Automation in Water Wastewater, District Cooling and HVAC. He also gained expertise in Factory Automation for Automobile Industry and Pharmaceutical.

In Automation Triangle, he gained expertise in implementing level-4 Automation layer (Computerized Maintenance Management System, Enterprise Asset Management System etc.) to provide business intelligence Interface to Organization Management team, which is very vital in today’s world to optimize cost and meet customer demand.

With the 21 years of robust Technical foundation the freelancer of LASS Engineers decided to go with achieving his dream under the name of Advance Idea Automation Services and Technologies (AIASTECH). With the strong Technical foundation, AIASTECH will be a Success Story in the years to come.
